SOME DETAILS

KORES™ is a bubbly, young, fun student accommodation based in Potchefstroom, North West. The client needed a brand that is fun, African and relatable, hence the name itself is in Township Slang “KO RES”, meaning @Res.

The logo options presented to the client depicted the keywords, with the 1st option being a typographic, smooth edge, colourful, fun logo, the 2nd one was highly inspired by African patterns but still highly based on type, and the 3rd was a traditional icon-based logo.

SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES

We used typography as the main skillset to design this wonderful student brand, everything was done through Illustrator, and the mock-ups were done in Photoshop. Mood boarding on Pinterest.
